తెలంగాణలోని గ్రామీణ ప్రాం తంలో వ్యవసాయంపై మక్కువ ఉన్నపదో తరగతి పూర్తయిన విద్యార్థులకు అగ్రికల్చర్‌ పాలిటెక్నిక్‌ కోర్సులు వరంగా మారాయి. రెండేళ్ల కోర్సు చేసిన వారికి ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేట్‌ సంస్థల్లో ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు మెండుగా ఉండటంతో వీటికి డిమాండ్‌ పెరిగింది. ముఖ్యంగా రైతుబిడ్డలు మరింత వ్యవసాయ విజ్ఞానాన్ని పొంది, సాగు చేసే పంటల్లో అధిక దిగుబడులు సాధించే అవకాశం ఉంది. 

అగ్రికల్చర్‌ పాలిటెక్నిక్‌ కోర్సులు చేసిన తర్వాత ఉన్నత విద్యనభ్యసించాలంటే ఎంసెట్‌తో సంబంధం లేకుండా బీఎస్సీ(అగ్రికల్చర్‌) కోర్సులో చేరవచ్చు. 

డిప్లొమా చేసిన వారికి బీఎస్పీ అగ్రికల్చర్‌లో 10 నుంచి 15 శాతం సీట్లు రిజర్వ్‌ చేస్తారు.

Eligibility:

i) The candidates who wish to seek admission into Diploma Courses of PJTSAU should have appeared for POLYCET-2020 under Agricultural stream conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Hyderabad.

ii) Candidate should have passed SSC Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, T.S./A.P. or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, T.S./A.P. such as Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education (ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), Telangana Open School Society(TOSS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X Class Examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Science as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.

iii) Candidates seeking admission should produce a certificate(s) from the Heads of Institution(s) that the candidate has studied for a minimum period of 4 years in schools located in Non-Municipal areas during their period of study from 1st class to 10th class (any four years). The relevant information must be filled in the proforma as prescribed in FORM-I and duly signed by the Head of the institution concerned.

i. If Form-I is not filled in/duly signed by the concerned Head of Institution or officer along with office seal, the claim of the candidates will be rejected.

ii. The candidates who have higher education 10+2 or above are not

eligible. 5 Criteria for selection:

1. The selection of candidates for all the seats shall be made on the basis of ranks  obtained by the candidates under Agriculture Stream in the Telangana State POLYCET-2020 conducted by SBTET.

2. If further tie, the OGPA obtained in SSC or its equivalent examination will be considered.

3. If tie continues the grade point obtained in first Science and later Maths,  English, Telugu, Social and Hindi will be taken into consideration.

4. In case of a tie, the age of the candidates shall be taken into consideration and the older candidates shall be given preference for the seat.

Age:

Candidates for admission into this course in the University shall be required to have completed 15 years of age as on the year of admission (as on 31-12-2020) with an upper age limit of 22 years (Born in between 01-01-1999 and 31-12-2005). 

Reservation of Seats:

The rule of reservation (OC:50%, BC-A:7%, BC-B;10%, BC-C:1%, BC-D:7%, BC-E:4%,SC:15%,ST:6%) will be followed as per the rules.

Reservation of Special category seats:

The rule of reservation will be followed as per the guidelines issued by the Government of Telangana from time to time. The counselling for the Physically Challenged (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), National Cadet Crops (NCC) & SPORTS quota seats shall be conducted in presence of the Officers of the departments concerned. The certificates of the candidates of above special categories shall be verified by the officers and the seats will be allotted as per the priorities indicated by them. 

Hostel facility:

Hostel accommodation for the candidates shall be provided subject to the availability.

Fees:

1. Payment of application fee: Rs.1100/- for OC & BCs (in case of SC/ST/PH candidates Rs.600/-). The applicant has to select Debit Card /Credit Card (Visa / Master Card)/NET banking option to pay the fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee.

2. Selected candidate for admission into University polytechnics shall pay an amount of Rs. 12,810/- for semester (Hostel and Mess charges are additional) during admission.

3. Selected candidate for admission into Affiliated polytechnics shall pay an amount of Rs. 17,810/- for semester (Hostel and Mess charges are additional) during admission.

4. Fee once paid will not be refunded except the deposits.

5. If the candidate cancels his/her seat he/she shall pay fees (Rs. 2000/- for General candidates and Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PH Candidates) towards the seat cancellation. The details of the cancellation fees will be furnished in admission and counselling notifications of the University. 

Original certificates to be produced at the time of Counselling/Admission:

1. SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate.

2. Copy of POLYCET-2020 Rank Card & Hall Ticket.

3. Bonafide / Study Certificate from 4th to 10th Class.

4. Non-Municipal Area Study Certificate (Form-I).

5. Transfer Certificate.

6. The latest certified copy of the Social Status Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of applicants belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

7. Physically Challenged Certificate.

8. Children of Armed Personnel Certificate / Defence Personnel Certificate.

9. National Cadet Corps (NCC) certificate.

10. Sports and Games Certificates.

NOTE:

➢ The guidelines issued by the Government of Telangana from time to time shall be followed.

➢ The University will send SMS to the applicants for the purposes related to counselling. Hence, the candidates are informed to mention their personal mobile numbers but not the mobile numbers of relatives, friends, net/online/Xerox centers etc.

➢ The University does not guarantee any employment to the candidates.

➢ The Diploma courses offered by the University are not equal to Intermediate or any other vocational courses offered by Board of Intermediate education, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

➢ The selected candidates for admission into Diploma courses of PJTSAU shall pay the

prescribed fees immediately. The detailed fee structure shall be placed in the

University website along with the admission notification.

➢ Fees once paid to the University shall not be refunded (except caution deposits)

under any circumstances.

➢ If a candidate cancels his/her admission, he/she must pay the prescribed

cancellation fee.

➢ Candidates called for counselling will have to attend at their own cost only. One of the

Parents / Guardian of the candidate shall be allowed for counselling.

➢ The candidate who secures a seat, should submit the certificates in Original along

with the prescribed fees at the time of counselling itself.

➢ Candidates are informed that mere submission of an online application and attending

for counselling does not guarantee the allotment of seat.

➢ Only 15% of total intake (of that corresponding academic year) of B.Sc.(Hons.)

Agriculture and B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) are reserved for the passed

out Diploma holders for an entry into First year of concerned UG courses 

8 through AGRICET, [B.Sc.(Hons,) Agriculture] and AGRIENGGCET [B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering)], entrance examinations conducted by the University

➢ The certificates of the candidates under special categories (PH, CAP, NCC &

SPORTS) shall be verified by the authorities concerned.

➢ The Counselling/Verification under special categories (PH, CAP, NCC & SPORTS)

will be held in the presence of authorities concerned and seats will be allotted as per the

priorities indicated by the officers concerned.

➢ In case, the information furnished or the certificates uploaded by the candidates are

found to be false, the University will take appropriate action against the individuals

concerned and his/her application will be summarily rejected.

➢ The candidate should visit University website (www.pjtsau.edu.in) frequently for

updated and latest admission information.

➢ The counselling procedure to be followed shall be displayed on University website

(www.pjtsau.edu.in) on or before 16-10-2020.

➢ Candidates are required to read the PROSPECTUS thoroughly before applying.

దరఖాస్తులను బట్టి సీట్లను కౌన్సెలింగ్‌ పద్ధతిలో భర్తీ చేస్తా రు. 

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న 9 ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవసాయ పాలిటెక్నిక్‌ కాలేజీల్లో 200 సీట్లు, 7 ప్రైవేట్‌ కాలేజీల్లో 420 సీట్లు ఉన్నాయి. 

1. విత్తన సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం(సీడ్‌ టెక్నాలజీ)లో.ఒక ప్రభుత్వ కాలేజీలో 20 సీట్లు, ఒక ప్రైవేట్‌ కాలేజీలో 60 సీట్లు ఉన్నాయి. 

2. మూడేళ్ల అగ్రికల్చర్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ డిప్లొమాలో ఒక ప్రభుత్వ కళాశాలలో 20 సీట్లు, మూడు ప్రైవేట్‌ కాలేజీల్లో 90 సీట్లు ఉన్నాయి. 

3. వికారాబాద్‌ జిల్లా గింగుర్తిలో ప్రవేశపెట్టిన సేంద్రియ వ్యవసాయం డిప్లొమా కోర్సుల్లో 60 సీట్లు ఉన్నాయి.

అర్హతలు:  పదో తరగతి 

రెండేళ్ల అగ్రికల్చర్‌ పాలిటెక్నిక్, సీడ్‌ టెక్నాలజీ కోర్సులతో పాటు మూడేళ్ల అగ్రికల్చర్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌కు సంబంధించి పదో తరగతి చదివిన విద్యార్థులు అర్హులు. ఇంటర్మీడియట్, ఆపైన చదివిన వారు అనర్హులు. 

పదేళ్ల చదువు కాలంలో కనీసం నాలుగేళ్ల పాటు గ్రామీణ పాంత్రాల్లో(మున్సిపల్‌ ఏరియా కాకుండా) చదివిన వారు అర్హులు. 

ఈ ఏడాది నుంచి అగ్రికల్చర్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ డిప్లొమా మూడేళ్లు, అగ్రికల్చర్, సీడ్‌ టెక్నాలజీ, సేంద్రియ వ్యవసాయం రెండేళ్ల డిప్లొమా కోర్సులను సైతం ఇంగ్లిష్‌ మీడియంలో చదవాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

వయస్సు : అభ్యర్థి వయసు డిసెంబర్‌ 31, 2020 నాటికి 15–22 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి.
